How it works
Two ways to earn, one bounty
Every job carries a credit bounty (default 1000 credits = Rs.4000). It is split across four stages so that credits are only paid for real progress.

Type A · Job sourcer
Bring a company to the platform. When the company posts a job with your referral code and admin approves it, you earn the posting share (2%).
Type B · Candidate referrer
Share your link or refer directly. You earn when the candidate is shortlisted (5%), offered (30%), and after 30 days of joining (63%).
Rules that keep it fair
- Jobs go live only after admin approval. Max 3 jobs per day per company or sourcer.
- First referral for a candidate on a job wins; duplicates are rejected.
- Self-referrals are blocked. Fraud score above 70 is reviewed, above 90 auto-rejected.
- Stage credits auto-approve 24h after the company moves the card. Joining credits are held 30 days.
- Minimum payout 500 credits (Rs.2000). Paid to UPI or bank within 48h.
