Terms of Service

ReferHire ("we," "us," "the platform") connects companies hiring for open roles with referrers who introduce candidates, and pays a reward-points bounty when a referred candidate is hired. Using the site or creating an account means you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate name, contact, and (for companies) organisation details. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person may not hold multiple accounts to game referral limits or rewards.

Reward points are earned per the split shown on the How it works page and are not legal tender — they convert to a rupee payout only once released, per our Rewards & Redemption Policy. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse points obtained through fraud, self-referral, duplicate submissions, or any violation of these Terms.

You agree not to: submit a candidate without their knowledge or consent; post fake or duplicate job listings; refer yourself; scrape or automate access to the platform; or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, fraud checks, or payout system.

Job postings must be genuine, currently open roles. Job approval, candidate pipeline decisions, and interview processes are entirely at the posting company's discretion — we facilitate the introduction and the bounty, not the hiring decision itself.

We may suspend or ban an account for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, per our fraud-review process described in the FAQ. You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings.

The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any referral will result in a hire, that any job posting is accurate, or that any payout timeline will be met exactly — though we target the timelines stated in the Rewards & Redemption Policy.
