Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, password hash), profile information (resume, skills, experience, company details), activity on the platform (referrals, applications, messages), and, if you leave your email on an empty-state "notify me" form, that email and what you were interested in.

To run the referral matching, reward-points, and payout engine; to verify your phone (via OTP) and, for companies, your organisation; to send transactional notifications (referral status, reward points earned, payout updates) and, where you've opted in, job/leaderboard alerts; to detect fraud (duplicate referrals, self-referrals, suspicious patterns); and to improve the product.

A candidate's contact details are shared with the referring company only once they're shortlisted. A referrer's name is visible to the company and, where applicable, to the candidate they referred. Public pages (leaderboard) show your display name and referral stats, not your email or phone.

We keep your data while your account is active. Deactivating your account stops future logins and hides your profile; we retain records needed for completed payouts, fraud history, and legal/tax obligations for as long as required by law.

You can edit your profile, change notification preferences, and deactivate your account from Settings at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your data beyond what account settings cover, email us — see below.

We use payment processing for payouts and, where enabled, Google for sign-in. We don't sell your personal data to advertisers.
