Rewards & Redemption Policy

Reward points are earned on ReferHire and redeemed through your Wallet as cash rewards or gift cards. The redemption value of your points is shown in your Wallet at the time of redemption. If we adjust redemption values, the change applies only to points earned after the change.

A job's bounty is split across four stages: Posting (2%, to whoever sourced the job), Selection (5%), Offer (30%), and Joining (63%) — the last three to the referrer as their candidate advances. Full breakdown on How it works.

Points start pending and move to your spendable balance within 24 hours. Joining-stage points are held for 30 days after the joining date — this protects against early drop-offs.

Points are reversed if a referral is later marked duplicate or fraudulent, or rejected at any stage — including a declined or withdrawn offer. We're reviewing whether rejections outside the referrer's control should keep already-earned points, and will update this policy if that changes.

Minimum redemption is 500 points. Request a redemption from your Wallet as cash rewards or gift cards; most are processed within 48 hours. Redemptions above a threshold, or from flagged accounts, require manual review.
